Return policy


If you receive your items and they appeared to be faulty or not as described we are pleased to offer our customers within the first 30 days of purchase:

  • A replacement unit of the identical make and model as the original item ordered.
  • Store credit or a refund.

To return an item, simply contact us with the reason for your return. We will provide a prepaid return label through either Dhl or Ups

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.


Shipping Policy

The Buyer pays for the shipping charges  unless otherwise specified. . If the product is lost or damaged during shipping due to any reason including but not limited to accident, natural disaster, mistake, or any other cause, the seller will not be held responsible for any such loss or damage.

All products are sent with tracking information by either dhl or ups Services to avoid any fraudulent claims of not receiving the product. Bridge nine oü keeps track of all products shipped and once the product is shown as received using the tracking information from the shipping company, bridge nine oü will not entertain any claims related to non-receipt of the product.

If the buyer tries to make any fraudulent claims of not receiving the product which has been declared as delivered by the shipping company, we reserve the right to refuse refund for the product, or entertain any such claims with exchange or compensation of any kind. In addition to this, we can refuse further services to the buyer and if necessary take legal action against the buyer for any fraudulent claim or compensation charges.
